Los Angeles Office
Pamela Shackelford - Office Managing Director
As a licensed attorney and real estate broker, Pamela Shackelford is distinctly qualified to provide comprehensive guidance to her clients.
During her time as a litigator, Pamela was routinely retained by clients to address issues with real estate transactions that had been negotiated by others. While the specific issues varied, often the fundamental problem was that the transaction failed to meet the clients’ expectations.
Advising clients through their real estate disputes motivated Pamela to form a different kind of brokerage. Pamela provides professional guidance through each step of the transaction to ensure that clients are fully informed of all of the benefits, obligations, and risks in the agreement. Rather than labeling some issues as legal and setting them aside, Pamela’s approach recognizes that all of the terms in the agreement have the potential to affect clients’ rights, duties, risks, and profitability.
Pamela received a Bachelor of Arts from Amherst College and went on to earn a Juris Doctorate from Pepperdine University.
